I break software on purpose — so your users never have to. Around 5 years designing and maintaining reliable automated testing solutions — Playwright end-to-end suites, API contracts, and load tests wired straight into CI/CD.

01About

Quality is a system, not a checklist.

I came into QA from software development — which means I read the architecture before I write the test plan, and I know exactly where things tend to break.

Around 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, and Software Testing. Specialized in designing, developing, and maintaining reliable automated testing solutions. Proficient in Playwright for test automation, API Testing, and JMeter and k6 for performance testing. Experienced in CI/CD pipelines, System Design, Software Architecture, and Performance Optimization. Proven ability to identify quality risks, optimize testing processes, and contribute to scalable, high-quality software.

I spent my first years shipping PHP and JavaScript web applications and managing the servers they ran on. That background is why I test the way I do: I look at the database, the API contract and the deployment pipeline, not only the button on screen.

Today I own end-to-end quality for commercial Shopify apps and WordPress products used by hundreds of thousands of sites — functional, regression, API, compatibility, performance and release testing, with automation carrying the repetitive load.

Automation that survives

Page-object suites in Playwright with stable locators, fixtures and retries — built to be read and maintained by the next engineer, not just to pass once.

Risk-based coverage

I test where failure actually costs money: auth, billing, integrations and the critical path. 120+ regression cases mapped to real user workflows.

Performance as a gate

k6 and JMeter scenarios that assert latency budgets and throughput, so a slow release fails the pipeline instead of the customer.

Shift-left in CI/CD

Suites sharded across workers and wired into GitHub Actions, publishing reports on every pull request — feedback in minutes, not days.

02Experience

Five years, from writing the code to guarding it.

Select a role to read what I actually owned there.

SQA Engineer

07/2024 — Present
  • Managed end-to-end quality assurance across StoreSEO, EasyFlow, and TrustSync, covering functional, regression, API, and release testing to ensure stable deployments and a reliable user experience.
  • Designed and maintained 120+ regression test cases covering critical workflows across these products, improving test coverage, identifying defects early, and increasing confidence in production releases.
  • Developed and maintained automated test suites using Playwright for StoreSEO, EasyFlow, and TrustSync, integrating automation into CI/CD workflows to reduce repetitive manual effort and support faster, more reliable releases.

04Process & Toolkit

How a feature gets from ticket to trusted release.

The QA lifecycle I run, and the tooling behind each stage. Click a stage to open it.

Requirements → risk map

I read the ticket, the API spec and the architecture, then decide what could plausibly fail and how expensive that failure would be. Test strategy, entry/exit criteria and scope come out of that — not out of a template.

Testing types I run

Functional

Does each feature do what the spec promised?

Regression

Did today's fix break yesterday's feature?

Smoke & Sanity

Is this build even worth testing further?

Integration

Do the modules and third parties agree?

API & Contract

Status, schema, auth, negative and boundary cases.

Performance & Load

Where does it slow down, and where does it fall over?

Compatibility

Browsers, devices, themes, plugin conflicts.

Usability

Can a real merchant finish the job unaided?

Exploratory

Charter-driven hunting where scripts never look.

Accessibility

WCAG, keyboard paths, screen-reader semantics.

Security (basic)

Auth, session, injection and exposure checks.

Release / UAT

Go / no-go with evidence, not gut feeling.

05Projects

Products I keep honest.

Commercial software with real customers, real revenue, and real consequences when a release goes wrong.

Also maintained QA for TrustSync, SchedulePress and BetterLinks.
